1. About This Platform

TLC Nagpur Member's Zone ("the Platform") is a private, members-only digital community platform operated by the Teaching Learning Community (TLC), Nagpur Chapter, in technical collaboration with Viprush Technologies (OPC) Pvt Ltd, Nagpur.

The Platform is provided free of charge as a community service. It is not a commercial marketplace and does not facilitate financial transactions between members.

2. Eligibility & Access

• Access is restricted to approved members of TLC Nagpur. Registration requests are subject to manual review and approval by the Chapter Admin.
• You must provide accurate, truthful information during registration. False information is grounds for immediate removal.
• One account per person. Creating multiple accounts is not permitted.
• Membership on this platform does not replace or supersede your physical TLC membership status.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform only for its intended purpose — connecting TLC Nagpur members, sharing business profiles, and participating in the Experience Hub. You must not:

• Post false, misleading, defamatory, or fraudulent content
• Use the Platform for spam, unsolicited promotions, or commercial solicitation outside the community context
• Share confidential information of other members without their consent
• Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorised to access
• Upload malicious files, scripts, or content designed to harm other users or the Platform
• Impersonate another member, admin, or TLC representative
• Use the Platform for any purpose that violates Indian law or TLC's community values

4. Business Profiles & Content

• Members are responsible for the accuracy of their business profiles. TLC Nagpur and Viprush Technologies do not verify or endorse any business listed on the Platform.
• The "TLC Nagpur Trusted" badge is an administrative recognition only — it does not constitute an endorsement, guarantee, or warranty of any business or service.
• Content you post (business descriptions, reviews, Experience Hub posts) remains yours. By posting it, you grant the Platform a non-exclusive licence to display it to other members.
• Admins may remove content that violates these Terms without prior notice.

5. Reviews

• Reviews must be honest and based on genuine experience. Fake reviews, self-reviews, or reviews intended to harm competitors are prohibited.
• Business owners may approve or reject reviews before they appear publicly. This is a moderation tool, not an invitation to suppress legitimate feedback.

6. Experience Hub

• The Experience Hub is for sharing learning outcomes, commitments, and professional experiences within your TLC group.
• Posts must align with TLC's culture of mutual respect and growth. Personal attacks, political content, or anything contrary to TLC values will be removed.
• Admins may ban members from posting in groups for repeated violations, without removing their ability to read.

7. Account Termination

Your account may be deactivated or removed by the Chapter Admin or Super Admin if you violate these Terms, your TLC membership lapses, or at TLC Nagpur's discretion. You may also request deletion of your account by contacting the Chapter Admin.

8. Limitation of Liability

TLC Nagpur and Viprush Technologies provide this Platform on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we are not liable for any loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the Platform. We are not responsible for the accuracy of member-submitted content or the conduct of members.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Nagpur, Maharashtra.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after any change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Material changes will be announced via the Experience Hub Announcements group.
